Don't build longship docks, man sone Runestones, build Trading Posts instead and trade Food with Jotnar (at some point you can get Food Trade Lore to increase the income to up to 9 kröwns. If you find 8-12 sheep (possible in 2v2 and 3v3) you pretty much auto-win. Sheep are your most valuable resource, put them in sheepfolds asap. Don't build any food buildings except for Fields and Silo on top of that, send all your villagers to the silo tile. Start colonizing tiles you like (this is up to you). Scout around 2 circles around your Town Hall tile. Right at the start of the game, build a Woodcutter's Lodge, then a House, then a Sheepfold as soon as you can, man the Woodcutter's Lodge with 2 people, build a Scout Camp as soon as you get the wood, man the Sheepfold with 2 sheep, man the Scout Camp with 2 of your other villagers.
